We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Liquor Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of a high-traffic wine and spirits store in North Miami Beach . This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for candidates with a background in liquor retail, hospitality, or bar management. The ideal candidate will be motivated to grow with the business and step into a General Manager role as the company expands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing procedures
  

• Oversee inventory control, ordering, and merchandising strategies
  

• Train, lead, and schedule team members to deliver excellent customer service
  

• Ensure full compliance with local and state liquor regulations
  

• Drive sales, maintain visual standards, and uphold store cleanliness and organization
  

• Support business growth by preparing for potential expansion and multi-location oversight
  

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in liquor store management, bar supervision, or hospitality leadership
  

• Strong customer service, communication, and team management skills
  

• Working knowledge of liquor laws and retail operations
  

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
